Good Morning!!! It’s Friday!!! Whoop whoop! Who is excited for the weekend? Make sure you are stronger than your excuses and fit your workouts in all weekend long! I have a busy day today so I made sure I got up early and fit in T25 core speed. I didn’t want to get out of bed but that was no excuse! I got up and I feel amazing now. Early morning tomorrow! Trying to get to bed and fall asleep! Having a hard time after amazing team call!!! I have so much running through my mind and want to get started on it right away!! I love it and this job!!

Say goodbye to peer pressure

Even if you’ve been eating right on track, it may be tough to stay on track if your partner, coworkers, or friends don’t share your healthy-eating habits. What to do? If your partner loves pizza, try ordering a pie that’s heavy on the veggies and light on the cheese—then supplement it with a side salad. Or, if your friends are having a girls’ night out, suggest a restaurant that’s got healthy appetizer options, instead of the typical fare of onion rings and cheese dip. And at work, instead of Friday baked-goods day, suggest a Friday “make it healthy” day, and swap in baked pears with cinnamon or mini fruit-and-nut muffins for brownies and blondies.

I hated my full time job! I cried most mornings before I went to work and cried most nights when I came home. I was miserable! I wasn’t having any fun and I wanted my full time job to be fun because I spent the majority of my time doing it! 

Being unhappy, miserable, is not fun and it’s not want life is about! You need to have fun and enjoy life and what you do! 

So….what I did this June was resigned! I found my true passion with Beachbody and helping others change their lives! 

No I am not making the salary I was with my full time teaching job, but I am happy, I love what I do, and my husband is in 100% support that I do this. 

Why live a miserable life when you don’t have to!! Change is scary but being unhappy is scarier!! 

Start living your life so that you are happy and having more fun!!

Quit comparing your story to others! Yes it’s easy to compare yourself to others and their stories and their successes but STOP!!! When you  compare yourself to others you lose sight if your destination, dreams, and goals. You lose your joy and happiness for yourself! 

Be proud of who you are and where you are going! Be proud of your successes and failures! Be proud of YOU!!

Did Les Mills Combat 30 Live this morning! Man is that a workout! I was drenched in sweat by the end and I didn’t even give it 100% because it was the first time I did it and I wasn’t sure of all the moves. I will definitely be doing this one again! Have you tried combat yet?

When you say coaching you know it deals with helping people, but what do we truly do? How do we help people?

I didn’t even consider being a preferred customer I just knew I didn’t want to sell anything, not my cup of tea. So I decided to test the waters out and see if coaching was for me.

In this group you will learn all about what a Beachbody coach does, what the time requirements are, what the cost is, what you potential could earn, and how you can get started if you want to.
