Munching on your lunch while at the computer could lead to mindless grazing, according to a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. People who ate their midday meals while playing a computer game ended up eating more cookies 30 minutes later than those who hadn’t been gaming. Do you doubt yourself? Do you tell yourself that you can’t do it or you will fail if you try? 

I have done this and sometimes still do! We all doubt ourselves especially when it comes to change and trying something new! 

Stop doubting yourself and your dreams! You can do it! And if you fail so what!! You tried and that is what counts!!! And if you do fail, try again! Fix the problem that happened and made you fail. Failure is a step in the right direction to success!!!
